Residential Consultations (Apartments, Houses, Villas)/ Office Consultations
You might need to evaluate your existing home or be contemplating moving to or buying a new one. In all these scenarios, here is the information I need before we start:
- Birth data of all occupants/Birth data of the CEO and top 3 executives
- Detailed Floor plan of property and its dimensions
- Date property was built plus date of full/partial renovation (details on what part was renovated)
During my first visit, I identify the facing direction of the property and take compass directions.
Remote/on line Consultations, the following also need to be sent:
- Compass directions of the property (instructions how to do this will be given)
- Photographs of the interior and exterior of the property
