When I first came across Life Coaching, I didn’t feel I needed to explore it further. After all, I thought, I feel great, know my goals and my life is full of fun. However, I am always intrigued about anything to do with personal development and communication and I couldn’t resist finding more about. I decided to book a session with a life coach anyway to find out more. I was so impressed with the fact that my thoughts and strategies got better organised just by answering some specific questions. Questions that were different from those that I normally ask myself. Even though, I did most of the talking, the fact that I was asked to identify my beliefs in a structured way, created shifts inside me and made me see dimensions of events I previously was unaware of. I was talking to someone with a curious mind and genuinely interested about the reasoning behind my actions. He was listening attentively in order to smoothly create the space I needed for self-exploration and self-discovery.
After the session I realised, this was something very powerful. I joined Noble Manhattan, one of the leading Life Coach Institutes in the UK. From that moment on, my life journey has been incredible. Up until then, I had enjoyed a full life; or so I thought. The things I have achieved and am proud of since my studies on Life Coaching have been of a greater significance for me. They are the result of a very clear plan based on which I decided the course of my life. I identified my limiting beliefs, values that had changed through the years and replaced them with new ones. This enabled me to move on to a new period full of greater opportunities. The results I was after manifested themselves with a speed I never thought possible.
What about you?
Are you ready for the next step? Would you like to take control of your life? You know better than anyone who you are and what you want. Life coaching helps you achieve anything by encouraging you to look inside, find the answers within you, and set clear goals.
A life coach coaxes your life’s answers to the surface. The partnership between coach and ‘player’ focuses totally on you, your goals and purpose in life, and any ambitions you have or want to bring to life.
Your life coach is there to listen, make observations, support you, follow up on your plans, and help you explore your values and beliefs, desires and dreams. You go through a process where you free yourself from any limiting decisions or beliefs and replace them with empowering ones that help you move forward, feel happier and achieve what you are after.
Life coaching brings incredible transformations in the way you think and interact with others and you will notice amazing improvements in all areas of your life.
You get the chance to plan the life of your dreams, decide on the actions you need to take, notice the opportunities around you, the people and other resources that can support you in your journey.
There is no judgment in the coaching relationship, only curiosity and commitment to the truth.
A Coach will keep on digging deep in the player’s head, heart and soul to understand and ask difficult questions we do not ask ourselves. Life Coaching is not counseling, nor psychotherapy. A Life Coach is not a friend you can have a cozy chat with, either. Life Coaching is a dynamic, empowering and motivational series of conversations to help you achieve what you want in life.
