It is not about being a perfect parent or being right or wrong, it is about being at ease and aware, create conscious thinking for ourselves and the little ones and enjoy our family relationships more.

The “Parenting : the first 10 years” is a 2-day interactive thinking workshop about parenting styles, discipline methods and understanding of the character and self esteem building blocks at this young age.

The first 10 years of life are the ones determining our core beliefs about ourselves and the world. Our parents are the biggest influence on our emotional world, shaped during this period where our unconscious mind is wide open and accepts everything without questioning.

The little ones need all the love and attention in the world; the parents' top physical and mental condition; balance, stability and clarity. How can we manage to provide them with all that easily and effortlessly?

During the 2-day program, we will work with many notions of NLP: the power and function of the unconscious, rapport, reframe, modeling and anchoring.

Mums and dads will learn how to inspire their children and fill them with confidence; establish empowering beliefs for the small ones and have them think for themselves; develop their imagination and talents; show them how to follow their dreams; raise them healthy and mentally strong;

Parents will experiment with communication tools, coaching techniques and various other exercises in order to apply them in their family and make more conscious choices about their parenting agenda.
